US enterprise software solution provider AFS Technologies said on Monday it has bought certain assets of revenue management and billing solutions firm Softrax for an undisclosed price, paid in cash. Softrax' assets will be managed by AFS Financial Solutions Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of AFS.
