US interactive communications and entertainment services provider Knology (NASDAQ:KNOL) said Tuesday it had completed the acquisition of the assets of local Private Cable (PCL Cable) for USD7.5m (EUR5m) in cash. The acquisition will be immediately accretive, before synergies, to EBITDA per share, levered free cash flow per share and overall enterprise value, according to Knology. PCL Cable, a provider of video, voice and data services to residential and business customers in Athens and Decatur, Alabama, generates an annual revenue of some USD5m on EBITDA of USD1.5m.See the full content of this document
