- BOEDELBAK TO BUY DUTCH BANKRUPT KIP CARAVANS

Dutch caravan rental company Boedelbak said it has agreed to buy bankrupt Dutch caravan manufacturer Kip Caravans for an undisclosed sum.

- SWEDISH INTRUM JUSTITIA TO BUY BUSINESS FROM AKTIV KAPITAL

Swedish Intrum Justitia (STO:IJ) said it has agreed to purchase the Nordic third-party credit management operations of Norwegian Aktiv Kapital (OSL:AIK) for NOK375m (USD64.3m/EUR45.7m) excluding debt, to increase its market share.

- RENAULT-NISSAN MAY CONTROL RUSSIAN AVTOVAZ WITHIN 3 YEARS

The car-making alliance of French Renault (EPA:RNO) and Japanese Nissan Motor (TYO:7201) may hold a controlling stake in Russian car producer Avtovaz (MCX:AVAZ) within three years.
