- K3 BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY TAKES OVER SOFTWARE FIRM CLARITA

British software and consultancy services group K3 Business Technology (LON:KBT) said it had bought local Clarita Solutions, a provider of Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP software to retailers and distributors, for GBP820,000 (USD1.32m/EUR932,100) in cash.

- VOESTALPINE TO TAKE 71% IN GERMAN LASA SCHIENENTECHNIK

Voestalpine BWG, the railway systems subsidiary of Austrian steel producer Voestalpine (WBAG:VOE), is buying a 71% stake in German rail welding and maintenance service firm Lasa Schienentechnik for an unrevealed price.

- ROSE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS TAKES OVER TTD ENTERPRISES

US IT services and business consulting company Rose Business Solutions said it has bought local TTD Enterprises, a private Microsoft Dynamics enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting firm, for an undisclosed amount.

- KENSINGTON LEASING IN DEAL TO BUY SOCIAL MEDIA FIRM WIKIFAMILIES
